What happens to my printed QRs if I change the content?
They keep working. The QR points to your Qrazzy link, and from the dashboard you decide what it shows, as many times as you want.
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. Miniapps open in the phone’s browser with a single scan, and My wallet keeps what they scan, also with nothing to download.
What is a smart QR?
A QR that picks what to show by rules: language, time, day, date, device, country, state or city. Rules combine and have a default content.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, from your dashboard. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are in Mexican pesos. When paying by card you see the amount converted to your currency.
How many customers fit in my reward program?
Practical includes 100 active cards per program, Advanced 500 and Professional 2000. You can add cards or programs with monthly add-ons; cards with no visits in 100 days expire and free their slot.
Can I work with my team?
Yes. From the Advanced plan you invite your staff, and everyone signs in with their own account and role.
